How to Order a Custom Family Portrait Illustration

1. Message Me First

Inform me about:

• the photo for reference
• the details about their hair style and colour, outfit, skin color, eyes color, gesture (should very similar to the photo or not)
• If you want to add texts for the illustration
• If you want another background, different from the photo
• the dimension of your illustration (please see the size chart below)

2. Make a Purchase

How to make a purchase:

• I’ll make a summary based on your the information you’ve provided. As well as the estimate finish date.
• Then I’ll send you a paypal invoice to your e-mail
• You can make a payment from that invoice
• If you want to add texts for the illustraiton

3. Get Your Personalized Illustration

Finish and Delivery

• I’ll start making your illustration after your purchase
• I will send you a digital proof of the illustration for your approval. Unlimited revision until you are completely satisfied with the result.
• I’ll provide a dropbox link to download the final result (the high-resolution files).
• I’ll guide you in the printing process if you get some difficulties

Additional information:

1. No printed materials will be delivered. All are digital.
2. Delivery time 3 – 5 business days after I receive the order/all the requirements
3. Due to the nature of printable digital products there are no refunds offered on purchases delivered electronically.
